How We Did it

Automated Content Management Software

Our client, a surgeon in the US with over 30k YouTube subscribers, found it overwhelming to manage surgeries and create health content. That's where we stepped in to automate some of these tasks.

First, we created an Airtable database where he could easily drop resources (like YouTube videos, blog URLs, etc.) for content creation. The addition of a new resource triggered a Make.com scenario that handled the rest of the automation.

After transcribing and summarizing the resource, we used ChatGPT to write optimized content for each main social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and stored it in a content database. Once verified, the client could simply click a button to publish the content, which would then be automatically posted to the selected platform.
