Social Media Management

Problem
Managing the distribution of 30-80 videos per month across multiple platforms became an overwhelming task for the client and his marketing team. The manual efforts to repurpose content for various platforms like YT Shorts, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google My Business, Reddit, Twitter, Blog, were time-consuming and inefficient. Additionally, the client sought to expand into foreign language content for broader reach and wanted to repurpose content from influencers and key industry websites. These tasks required significant labor, coordination, and expertise in SEO and social media strategies, making it costly and difficult to maintain consistent output.

Solution
Notretek stepped in to create an advanced automation system designed to repurpose and distribute video content at scale while also optimizing it for multiple languages and leveraging influencer content.
Content Repurposing Automation
We built a video library on the cloud (Google Drive) and integrated it with an Airtable dashboard which acted as a content management tool. This system allowed for the repurposing of 30-80 videos per month and their distribution across major platforms, including YT Shorts, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google My Business, Reddit, Twitter, and blog. Each post was SEO-optimized for the specific platform, improving visibility and engagement.
Dubbing Automation
To expand the clients reach, we implemented a foreign language automation, enabling YT Shorts to be translated and posted in multiple languages, such as Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, and more. This broadened the clients audience, engaging non-English speaking communities.
RSS to Social Media Posts Automation
We automated the process of monitoring RSS feeds from industry-relevant websites and keywords, repurposing them into social media content for the clients platforms. This ensured a steady flow of curated, high-quality content, keeping the social accounts active without manual effort.
Social Media Echo Automation
We developed an automation to monitor prominent health influencers’ accounts and generate new posts that “piggybacked” on their content. Additionally, we provided a comprehensive list of influencers and Reddit threads on relevant health topics to enhance the client’s ability to engage with popular trends and discussions.
Results
Time Saved
The automation saved the clients team an estimated 9-10 hours per week, allowing them to focus on strategic tasks rather than manual content management.
Cost Savings
By automating content repurposing and distribution, the client avoided hiring additional staff or paying high fees to a marketing agency. Based on the average hourly rate for a social media manager ($25-$50/hour), the system saved approximately $225-$500 per week, or $900-$2,000 per month in labor costs. Additionally, the client no longer needed social media management subscription services like Plannable, further reducing costs.
Expanded Audience Reach
The foreign language automation opened up new channels, allowing the client to reach diverse audiences globally. Content was delivered in over 15 languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Arabic, Spanish, and Portuguese, which significantly boosted engagement and brand visibility.
Consistent Posting and Influencer Engagement
Automated posting ensured that content was consistently shared across all platforms, while the social media echo automations allowed the client to tap into trending topics and influencers’ content, increasing relevance and engagement with target audiences
